How we handle your data when you browse, comment or confirm an order on WhatsApp.
When you leave a comment we store your name, the comment text and a hash of your IP address (never the IP in clear) to limit spam.
Your cart and checkout details are processed only in your browser: they are not stored in our database. When you confirm, the order summary is sent over WhatsApp and remains in the conversation with the store.
We use this data to reply to your messages, moderate published comments, confirm availability, shipping and payment method for your order, and protect the site against abuse or spam.
We work with providers that host and operate the site: Supabase (database and image storage), Cloudflare (hosting, cache and technical logs) and WhatsApp/Meta (the messages you send us). We do not sell or rent your personal data.
You can ask us for access to, correction of or deletion of the data we hold about you —for example, a comment already published— by messaging us on WhatsApp or at the site contact email. You can clear the cart yourself from your browser with «Clear cart».
Comments are kept until you or the store ask us to delete them. We do not store card or payment data. Access to the database is restricted to authorized staff.
If we change this notice, we will post the updated version on this same page. Last updated: September 2026.
For any question about your data, message us on WhatsApp or at the email published in the footer.
