We want the piece to be perfect for you.
We accept exchanges and returns within 30 days after delivery, with the order receipt.
The piece must be unworn, in its original packaging and with all tags. Engraved, personalized or custom-adjusted pieces are not eligible for return.
For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned once the packaging is opened, except for manufacturing defects.
Message us on WhatsApp with your order number and the reason. We arrange the pickup or delivery of the piece and confirm the next step.
If the return is approved, the refund is issued through the same payment method agreed in your order, within the business days indicated by your bank.
